BACH Modern LLC is a residential development company located within the Chicagoland area. BACH Modern LLC is dedicated to transforming undeveloped communities into vibrant, inclusive neighborhoods for senior citizens and their family caregiver. BACH Modern LLC was formed January 2020 by Husband & Wife Team Regina and Derrick Branch with a combined experience in residential renovations and project management.

Our Mission

To develop comfortable, affordable and independent living spaces for seniors and their family caregiver who have had to adjust to improve their quality of life.
